Horizon Hills deserves a place on the shortlist for families comparing landed homes in Iskandar Puteri. Its golf township setting and recorded resale activity give buyers reasons to investigate. Whether it is the right purchase depends on the particular house, household budget and daily routine.

These are community-level figures with different mixes of landed housing. They are not prices for identical terrace homes. Why consider Horizon Hills?
First, its freehold golf township setting is a concrete feature. The golf club describes a 1,200-acre township. Buyers who value that environment can inspect whether a particular precinct delivers the surroundings they want.
Second, a subsale home lets you see the existing street, neighbouring homes and actual condition before deciding. You can check evening traffic, sunlight and parking rather than relying only on a brochure.
Third, the recorded sales provide a starting point for a proper comparable-sales review. The useful comparison is a similar house in a relevant precinct, with similar land size and condition.
Fourth, buyers can compare available layouts against family needs. A larger house is only an advantage if the extra space is useful and affordable to maintain.
