A property is not always ready to let as it stands. I help owners assess its condition, identify preparation needs and plan its rental positioning, then match tenants and arrange viewings around budget, lifestyle and the agreed requirements.
房子能否顺利出租，往往取决于前期准备。我协助屋主评估屋况、整理需要完善的地方及出租定位，再根据预算、生活需要和双方要求，筛选合适配对并安排看房。
I help both parties negotiate rent, tenancy duration, deposits and agreed responsibilities. I coordinate the tenancy documentation and follow up on outstanding questions, so the arrangements are clearly recorded before signing.
陪同双方洽谈租金、租期、押金及各自责任，协调租约文件，并一起跟进尚待确认的问题，让签署前的约定有清楚记录。
Where repairs are needed, I help owners arrange contractors and follow up on agreed work before handover. I check the property’s condition and essential fixtures with you, flag visible safety concerns for repair, and document the inventory, meter readings and keys for move-in.
如有维修需要，我会协助屋主安排承包商，跟进双方确认的工程。交房前陪你检查屋况与基本设施，发现明显的安全问题会协助跟进维修，并记录物品、水电表读数及钥匙，让入住交接更有保障。
My support continues after the keys are handed over. During the tenancy, I remain a point of contact for both parties, follow up on rental payment concerns and coordinate reported maintenance issues, helping owners and tenants work towards a well-managed tenancy.
交出钥匙后，服务仍会继续。租期内，我会保持与双方沟通，协助跟进租金收取的问题及已反映的维修事项，让屋主掌握情况，也让租客的居住需要得到回应。
When a tenancy ends, I help review the property against the move-in records, coordinate key return and identify any preparation needed for the next tenant. I support owners with remarketing and tenant matching, and help outgoing tenants explore their next rental where needed.
租约结束时，我会协助按入住记录核对屋况、安排归还钥匙，并整理下一轮出租前需要处理的事项。继续为屋主安排推广与租客配对；如租客需要另觅住所，也可协助比较下一间租屋。
