A different path.
A lasting purpose.从想尝试一种生活，到找到值得坚持的事业。
Before real estate, I worked in administration in Singapore. I wanted a working life with more human connection. Buying my first home in 2014 sparked my interest in property, and in 2015, I decided to give the industry a try.
What began as a chance to experience something different gradually became work I found meaningful. Helping people find a home, working through a decision together, and being trusted with their property gave me a sense of purpose. When clients returned to me for their next purchase or entrusted another property to me, that trust became my reason to keep going.
在新加坡从事行政工作之后，我希望有更多与人交流的机会。2014年买下第一间家，让我开始对房产产生兴趣；2015年，我抱着尝试的心态踏入这一行。一路走来，我认识了许多不同的人，也有机会参与他们人生中重要的房产决定。我曾协助屋主推广和出售房子，也陪伴买家比较不同选择，找到自己真正想要的家。每一份委托，都让我更明白认真倾听和负责跟进的重要。
让我最有成就感的，是客户在有了新的房产计划时，愿意再次回来找我；或是在买下房产之后，继续把出租和出售的事情交给我处理。这样的信任不是一次谈话就能建立，而是在推广、看房、沟通、筛选租客和交接的每一个细节里慢慢累积。能够帮助屋主走好下一步，也帮助买家找到属于自己的家园，是我喜欢这份工作的原因。客户愿意把重要的事情交给我，这份信任，就是我在房地产这一行继续走下去的动力。

Trust before any transaction先了解人，再谈房产
Buying, selling or renting a property is an important decision. Whether I am working with a buyer, an owner or a tenant, I believe the relationship begins with trust. I take time to understand what matters to each person, communicate sincerely and explain the choices honestly, so they can make a decision that suits their needs.
无论你是准备买房、出售产业，还是寻找合适的租客，这都关乎你重要的生活与财务安排。对我来说，第一步是听懂你的需要、顾虑和打算。只有彼此了解，才谈得上信任。我愿意把知道的事情说清楚，也把需要考虑的取舍摊开来谈，让你有足够的了解，再作自己的决定。
Care in every commitment每一份托付，都认真回应
When an owner entrusts a property to me, I take that responsibility seriously: arranging advertising and promotion, following up on enquiries, helping assess offers or screen tenants, and paying attention to the handover. Trust grows through how the everyday details are handled.
屋主愿意把房子交给我，买家愿意听取我的意见，租客愿意向我说出自己的需要，这些都是一份信任。我能做的，是把答应的事情认真落实：用心安排推广、跟进询问，协助判断报价和筛选租客，也留意交接时的细节。让每一位把事情交给我的人，都感受到自己的需要有被认真对待。
